Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July 2009
For the third year running we are holding our combined clubs Optimist open meeting over the weekend of the 4th and 5th July. This year we plan to have a slightly different format, sailing both Race and Regatta fleet off the same start line and in a sailing area where all parents will be able to watch.
We plan to hold races on both Saturday and Sunday and our Regatta fleet will be coached at the back so we will cater for all levels of experience.
The attached flyer gives information of places to stay and the Royal Corinthian has land where tents/caravans/motorhomes can be set up.
Please come and join in, all sailors and parents will be made to feel very welcome. You can register on the IOCA website and we would request early registration so that we can get an idea of numbers and organise accordingly.
